Compile an FAQ for new comers. That makes it easy for them to settle down here.
Some of the items are:
Airtel Intercom usage - Utility numbers (Maingate, sidegate, Clubhouse etc)
Cable TV
Internet
Newspaper
Swimming card procedure
Vitan supermarket
Internal service provider list (if maintained upto date)
Kids stuff - Karate class
Tennis coaching
Badminton coaching etc
Swimming coaching
Balbhavan
Any special interest groups that exists
Ladies bhajans

The FAQ need not be targeted only for newcomers. Just like the "women's" network, it is useful for other people too. Call it something that does not eliminate the possibility of growing into a general FAQ rather than being limited to a newcomers' FAQ.
